A Woman's Perspective: Empowering Femininity
Friday, February 28 - Tuesday, April 15, 2025

Jarrow & Goodman is pleased to present an eclectic exhibition of exceptional women artists, transcending generations, with an eclectic mix of themes, concepts, media, and artistic visions. Building upon the success of the original "A Woman's Perspective" exhibition held at MRG Fine Art in Sherman Oaks in 2017, this reimagined showcase introduces new voices and continues the vital conversation about female artistic expression.

The exhibition demonstrates the varied female perspectives, yet united by common threads: the mystery of nature, spirituality, notions of beauty, healing of past trauma, relationships and family, and social and political themes. The 15 artists' works relate to their personal experiences and questions of what insights can arise from experience. A goal of the exhibition is to inspire and empower other women by cultivating a community of female artists who motivate, support, and uplift not only their peers in the art world but also women in all walks of life as they pursue their creative aspirations.

"Gravity" is a visual exploration of the powerful, unseen forces that both ground us and hold us back, inviting reflection on the human condition and the struggle for emotional release.

"Gravity" becomes a metaphor for the human condition, a reflection on how the forces around and within us shape our reality, pulling us toward inevitable consequences.

Through bold colors, dynamic compositions, and symbolic elements, I seek to reveal the psychological depth behind each sin, inviting viewers to reflect on their own experiences with desire, ambition, anger and restraint. This series serves as a visual meditation between temptation and virtue, chaos and control.

Through my artwork, I aim to capture this tension between freedom and constraint, lightness and weight, using texture and color to evoke a sense of both heaviness and suspension.
